    Usually most of the hops are added during the boil at set intervals, e.g. a big dose at 60 minutes for bittering, 15 minutes for flavoring, last 5 minutes for aroma.  What Dogfish Head’s 60/90/120 minute refers to is the period of time that they continuously add hops during the boil.  That is, for the 90 minute IPA, they literally constantly shake small amounts of hops into the beer over the course of a 90 minute boil.

    And yeah, I’m a total beer nerd.
